From Krabi to Nakhon Pathom and Nan, in each episode these award-winning chefs talk about local specialties inspired by the local produce unique to each region.<\/p>\n<p>In each episode, chefs from some of Thailand\u2019s most famous restaurants take viewers behind the scenes with stories of their dining concepts, the inspiration behind the featured dishes, the key ingredients, and how they source them.<\/p>\n<p>Local farmers and producers are also interviewed with the beautiful scenery of each region prominently featured.<\/p>\n<p>In the first episode, Chef Ice from Sorn Restaurant, which has been awarded two Michelin Stars, highlights\u00a0<strong>Southern Thai Food in Krabi<\/strong>. Sorn is thematically inspired by the tropical forests of Southern Thailand, while ingredients are sustainably sourced from a trusted network of farmers and fishermen.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"tie-fluid-width-video-wrapper\"><iframe title=\"Thai Craft Tales - Ep. 1: Southern Food in Krabi\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/sGjFOFrIK9s?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Episode two features\u00a0<strong>Central Food in Nakhon Pathom<\/strong>\u00a0with Chef Monthep \u2018Thep\u2019 Kamolsilp of TAAN showing how he uses organic chickens and eggs in creative Thai cuisine.
