\u00a0Siam Paragon, one of the world\u2019s most visited global destinations, marks a major milestone with the launch of NEXTOPIA: Prototype for The World of Tomorrow<\/strong> \u2014 a groundbreaking, world-first co-creation platform that unites global partners to build a better, more sustainable future.<\/p>\n

Spanning 15,000 sq m<\/strong> across Levels 5 and 5A and backed by an investment of THB 850 million<\/strong>, NEXTOPIA brings together 50 innovation partners<\/strong>, 30+ communities<\/strong>, and leading international organizations including the United Nations<\/strong>, WWF, UNICEF, and UN Global Compact Network Thailand. The initiative strengthens Siam Piwat\u2019s position as a global pioneer in destination development and showcases Thai creativity on the world stage.<\/p>\n

NEXTOPIA is designed as a future-city prototype<\/strong>, featuring sustainability-driven innovations \u2014 from kinetic floors that generate clean energy with every step, solar rooftops by B.Grimm, and radiant cooling systems by Casa Tech, to clean-air technologies by Daikin and environmentally conscious building materials from TOA, TPI Polene, Vanachai Group, and BlueScope. The project recently earned Thailand\u2019s first Fitwel 2-Star Certification<\/strong> for a multi-tenant retail building, reinforcing its commitment to health and well-being.<\/p>\n
