Using fresh seafood grilled over an outdoor fire-pit and seasonal ingredients to recreate the quintessential southern Thai cuisine, they will prepare exceptional dishes for your delight such as Coconut and turmeric curry with blue swimmer crab; Deep fried local fish cooked with garlic and turmeric; Fiddlehead fern salad with pork and Samui clams; Lemongrass soup with red bream; Spicy yellow curry of tiger prawns with pineapple; Stir-fried pork with curry paste and stink beans; Lhon relish with chopped prawn, salted duck egg and coconut cream; Grilled mussels southern style; Southern curry with minced pork and green peppercorns; Coconut crumble pudding; Sugar dumplings in coconut milk and many more delicacies.
