Authentic Khao Chae by Ruen Nopphagao has returned with its exotic taste after over 400 sets were sold out last year, Chef Pik elevates the much-loved Thai delicacy by serving it in the exquisite Bencharong porcelain wears.<\/p>\n

Every piece is painted by hand in the pattern of Ratchaphruek flower by Ayutthaya artisans, exclusively for Khao Chae Ruen Noppagao. One set includes three courses. Each is an ancient Thai dish that can beat the summer heat with its refreshing fragrance and cool taste.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The first course is fresh watermelon topped with dried fish, the second cooked rice in iced water and the last seven side dishes. The iced water is made of mineral water from Doi Ngam Village in Mae Suai district, Chiang Rai province. Ruen Noppagao Khao Chae is complete with the refreshingly sweet Som Chun Mayongchid (marian plum in sweet and salty syrup). Come experience our once in a year creations for only 699++ baht per person (for dine-in). Ruen Noppagao Khao Chae is limited at nine sets per day, from March 22 until May 31, 2021 at lunchtime from 11:30 am \u2013 3:30 pm.<\/p>\n
