As part of its simplification and asset-light strategy, and with the ambition of accelerating its momentum in the fast-growing Lifestyle hospitality sector, Accor today announces the signing of binding agreements on a new sbe Group\u2019s ownership structure.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Under the terms of these agreements,\u00a0Accor is taking full ownership of sbe\u2019s Hotel asset light business<\/strong>\u00a0including the\u00a0Delano, Mondrian, SLS<\/strong>, and\u00a0Hyde hotel brands<\/strong>\u00a0along with most of sbe\u2019s Food & Beverage brands including Cleo, Fili\u2019a or Carna by Dario Cecchini.<\/p>\n

These brands will be at the heart of Accor\u2019s newly created global Lifestyle platform (see separate release on Accor\u2019s Lifestyle Platform). Sbe currently operates\u00a022 hotels<\/strong>, with\u00a0more than 40 properties in the pipeline<\/strong>, which has more than doubled since Accor\u2019s initial investment in sbe in 2018, with key upcoming openings such as Mondrian London and SLS Dubai in 2021.<\/p>\n

Eldridge<\/strong>, a holding company with a unique network of businesses across finance, technology, real estate, and entertainment,\u00a0is acquiring sbe\u2019s two remaining assets<\/strong>: the Hudson Hotel in New York and Delano in Miami.<\/p>\n

In parallel,\u00a0Sam Nazarian takes full ownership of sbe\u2019s Disruptive Restaurant Group Platform<\/strong>\u00a0(DRG) and its 15 owned restaurant and nightlife venues along with an increased majority ownership of C3, a leading player in digital kitchens and lifestyle food halls business.<\/p>\n
