– B.Grimm Power Plc (BGRIM), Thailand’s leading industrial power producer, has won The Asian Excellence Awards 2020 in five categories with its chief Preeyanart Soontornwata being named ’Asia’s Best CEO.’
The awards bestowed by the Corporate Governance Asia, Asia’s leading investment and governance magazine, serve to reinforce BGRIM’s leadership in the energy sector of Asia and the excellent governance practice as recognised globally.

These five prestigious awards are: Asia’s Best CEO which goes to Mrs Preeyanart; Asia’s Best CFO (Mr Nopadej Karnasuta); Best CSR of Asia Award; Best Investor Relations Company Asia; and Best Investor Relations Professional (Mrs Solaya Na Songkhla).
The Asian Excellence Awards are based on corporate data in conjunction with a survey of investors, analysts and other experts across Asia.
The awards are given to organisations which have adopted good governance, pursuing a sustainable growth, providing transparent disclosure of information and taking great care of all stakeholders.
The awards honouring individuals go to leaders of visionary enterprises who have demonstrated the ability to lead the organisation towards the sustainable growth, showing sound financial management, committing to
corporate social responsibilities, and having excellent international investor relations.
